Parkiran sgt luas. Hall/ballroom cukup sempit. Ada taman yg cukup terawat. Hanya saja, sy ragu dengan fasilitas kamar hotel mumpuni atau tidak waktu sy bertamu utk sebuah acara yg sdg diselenggarakan di hotel tsb. Kebersihan hallway masih terjaga

Hanya mengenang : sblum adanya htl V3, ibu sy lahir d kampung trsbut, tepatnya dkt dgn pasar kepatian thn 1935. Thn 1952 menikah dan ikut bapak ke Balikpapan. Smpai saat ini umur ibu sdh memasuki 90 thn dan msh sehat. Sepupu msh ada yg tggal d belakang hotel V3

Hotel bernuansa oriental tempo dulu dgn warna2 pastel & pilar2 berukir sampai ke atas. Suasana nyaman karena bisa duduk di kursi depan kamar memandang kolam ikan dgn jembatan mini dan air terjun mini yang semuanya di dalam ruangan. Hall untuk acara pernikahan juga lumayan baik.
